Account Suspension & Restriction Policy
Procedures governing account status changes, appeals, and safety freezes.

1. Account Statuses
LionexBridge maintains five distinct user states:
- ACTIVE: Full unrestricted trading, offer creation, and wallet interaction.
- RESTRICTED: Temporary limitations on offer creation during pending dispute reviews.
- FROZEN: Temporary security lock triggered by risk flags or pending wallet replacement.
- SUSPENDED: Access disabled due to verified violations of trading rules.
- CLOSED: Permanently deactivated upon user request or permanent administrative sanction.
2. No Destructive Data Erasure
In no event does account suspension or closure result in the physical deletion of past trade records, order histories, chat transcripts, or blockchain interaction checkpoints.
