P2P Trading Rules & Code of Conduct
Strict standards to ensure safe, transparent, and prompt peer-to-peer fiat settlement.
Effective Date / Last Updated: September 2026
1. Buyer Obligations
Buyers must complete fiat payment within the configured order timeout window (minimum 15 minutes). The payment must originate from a bank account or UPI ID registered in the buyer's own verified name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Buyers must accurately enter the official banking UTR or transaction reference number when marking the order as paid. Fraudulent payment assertions result in immediate account suspension.
2. Seller Obligations
Sellers must ensure their deposit transaction is completed and funded in the BSC smart contract escrow before expecting buyer fiat payment.
Once fiat funds are credited in the seller's bank account, the seller must authorize the crypto release within 15 minutes. Unreasonable delays in releasing confirmed funds will negatively impact trader reputation score.
3. Third-Party Payments Strictly Prohibited
Neither party may request or send funds through unverified third parties. Any payment originating from a name differing from the verified LionexBridge profile is subject to dispute freeze.
