1. Information We Collect

We collect your registered email, username, public BSC wallet address, and encrypted payment details (such as masked UPI IDs or bank accounts). We never request or store your wallet seed phrase, private key, or banking passwords.

2. AES-256-GCM Encryption at Rest

All sensitive user payment credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption before being written to persistent MySQL storage. Decryption keys are maintained in separate secure environment layers.

3. Public Blockchain Data

Transactions executed on the BNB Smart Chain (such as escrow deposits, releases, and dispute resolutions) are public on-chain records and permanently indexed on public explorers like BscScan.

4. No Data Purging

LionexBridge maintains permanent, non-destructive audit and trading histories to satisfy statutory anti-money laundering (AML) and financial integrity obligations. Closing an account disables future trading but preserves historical transaction snapshots.
