1. Permanent Historical Integrity
To maintain absolute auditability and comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) and financial recordkeeping requirements, LionexBridge enforces a strict non-destructive database architecture.
2. Scope of Retained Records
The following records are permanently retained and will never be purged, truncated, or destructively modified:
- Account profiles, wallet verification nonces, and historical state logs
- Offer configurations, parameters, and historical listings
- Order snapshots, fee versions, and immutable UTR references
- Encrypted payment method records and historical trade payment snapshots
- Order chat transcripts and evidence submissions
- Dispute resolutions, arbiter allocations, and audit logs
- Blockchain event indexes, transaction hashes, and block numbers
